The Kitchen and the special Biella Wine List
Our Chef Piergiorgio Frodi has chosen the Santo Stefano Restaurant since its opening in 2016, after working for 30 years among starred restaurants and local Piedmonts trattorias. Today he is the head of a team of 5 people who support him in the kitchen.
We offer traditional dishes related to our territory, the Biellese. In our menu, along with many specialties, fresh pasta made by hand every day and excellent risotto with zero km ingredients. We are supplied by producers of the province, a strong bond with the territory that is also a fundamental element in our wine lists.
The Main Restaurant Room, located on the upper floor, has exposed wooden beams and can accommodate up to 120 people.
In summer we expand the offer, you can have lunch and dinner in the exclusive Garden Room with air conditioning overlooking the garden and the pool, for a maximum capacity of 50 people.
In addition, during the summer you can also have lunch or dinner under the stars in our dehors: every evening we offer themed menus including grills with barbecue.
